Just passing along my experience with this company. Purchased a boresighter from them, tested it with the two batteries that were included. Worked fine. Removed the battery prior to placing it in storage until needed. Batteries showed a 12-2027 expiration date. When I pulled it out to use the laser did not work. I thought it might have been the batteries. Contacted Tacticon and told them my experience. they have a life time warranty. I sent via e mail a copy of the warranty confirmation I had along with the receipt of purchase. A week later, the new laser arrived including a battery. I tested the new laser with the original batteries, worked fine. By the way, it was their "Universal Boresighter." Can be used for .17 air gun on up to and including a 12 Ga. shotgun.
