There are any number of problems with this incident including the fact that it is inappropriate to shoot somebody breaking into an empty vehicle; the fact that the SS agent fired a number of shots in an urban area and could have hit innocent bystanders and the fact that the SS agent missed his target. Clearly this guy should be dumped as quickly as possible.

Perhaps the SS agent missed on purpose because it is not legal to shoot someone for breaking into an empty vehicle. Still, he shouldn't have shot. He is there to protect the person, not the car.
