12th Ammendment says noone who is constitutionaly forbidden to be president can be vice president. He's had his 2terms. So Obama can not be nominated to VP, but he will stillbe pulling the strings. Anyone else remember in Obama's 2nd term, him saying he wanted To be president for life?
