SO very true.
I worked for a company that made "rough terrain fork trucks". They were self insured and are no longer in business as far as I can tell. "Lull engineering".
Anyhow, some guy was on dope, driving the forktruck on the side of the hill and rolled it and got hurt and sued and WON.
The ROPS FOPS (Roll Over Protection System) and (Fall On Protection System) (basically a roll cage) did not protect him.
SICK legal system we have.
