      Azalea's are the one's in bloom. Row of Magnolia's (Dwarf Little Gems) between the Azalea's which will be blooming later with large 12" flowers with strong scent.

      Pecan tree on the left partially butchered by the power company to serve the NEIGHBOR'S house. Large camphor tree in the center.

      We have Crepe Myrtle's---they do well here. They aren't blooming yet though.

      Our recent below temp freeze has killed some things here. I have 2 palm trees that appear to be still alive and I'm surprised about that.

        I forgot about Azaleas....bogies wouldn't do well in the south due to the frosts. Yes, I remember the magnolias in Jackson. Huge, dinner plate size fragrant flowers. Wish they'd grow here in Phoenix.

          We have frost here every year but temps normally don't go below the high to mid 20's and even then not for long. Snow is rare.

          We are in zone 9--10 so HOT.
