Underwater bar fight scene from Top Secret (1984). A little corny but it was 1984 and the movie was a conglomerate of satire spoof's of old action, Elvis, Nazi, spy, and other movies, even Blue Lagoon.

I read where the scene actually was shot under water and the filming had to be done in 10-15 second intervals. It was mentioned that the hardest part for them was to not laugh under water.

A little different from his last acting job in Top Gun Maverick (where he died).

Always liked Val Kilmer's acting performances, especially his Doc Holiday portrayal in Tombstone.

He was a singer too and made a couple of records. Sang the songs in the movie above (not Tombstone).

I read too that he rehearsed for ages to mimic Jim Morrison's singing (The Doors).
