I've changing some folks user title or CUT

if you have not noticed, I have changed a few folks user title,
the part under your name that says member, OFC etc etc,

quite a handful of folks have passed on to the great shooting range in the sky

so I added Deceased to the title ,

so folks know,

his son posted here about a year ago that he was in some form of care, I would need to go back and look at all his posts to jog my memory,

to make sure I did not jump the gun, I have removed the deceased,

and also sent a note via email to let him know we are back on line
