    A Bodaceous Poacher gets caught

His Plea Deal was ten days in jail, $10,000.00 fine and a lifetime ban on hunting, trapping and fishing (in Idaho)

Idaho’s wildlife belongs to all of us. By taking game illegally, Carl was stealing wildlife from his neighbors that enjoyed viewing them. Carl Van Loon was stealing the chance for Idaho sportspersons to be allowed a legal opportunity for fair and ethical chase under Idaho’s game laws.

re the deer, are damage stamps a thing in Idaho?
basically a stamp or tag for deer , handed out to farmers to shoot deer year round,

deer are plentiful here, and the farmers will get the stamps by the book load,

and I bet he gets caught again,

also, does Idaho allow you to hunt w/o a license on your property?
Va does as long as you follow the tag limits and seasonal rules/laws

They have special seasons in some "zones" for elk damage hunts. I'm not sure how it's handled 'cause I never had a farm in ID.
