Help with these US Knifes

Any help as I know most US bayonets but not these types of knifes. Military? Where to find Values? Go to link for more pics. THANKS.

From top to bottom.
One PAL RH-36 6-inch hunting knife, purchased early in WWII for the Army.
Western L77 Commando (unit purchase).
Western Fighting Knife No. G-46-8 8-inch (not issue but probably private purchase)
Western Type 2 Shark Knife (Navy purchase for pilot bail-out kits).
I'm sure others will provide more detailed information.

PS Nice grouping; values can be determined from ebay; all of these knives have been for sale over the last few months. Don't go by asking prices, go by what they sold for. Some show up on Gunbroker, but they tend to be priced high and don't sell for months.
