    My 1917 knuckle knife

Bought this off a walk in at a local gun show. Everyone was trying to buy his pimped out 10/22, but I got the knife for 150 bux.

Have been wanting an original for quite a while, now I got one!
Enfield, everything else is just a rifle. Unless it's a Garand.

I would say that you made out very well on the deal. Nice knife.

Lovely knife. I would love to own one but fearsom as it looks it is not IMHO a very practical knife for fighting. The blade appears to be only good for thrusting, not slashing and as another bit of kit to be carried it is far from a utility knife. Yet it reeks of history and I want one.

This knife was made exclusively for puncturing Germans. Usually through heavy wool overcoats. It worked just fine for that. You got a really nice deal.

If that think could talk what stories it could tell. You have a lot of history there.

Didn't the Germans cry foul to the Geneva Convention over these? Something about how you cannot stitch the wound close, because of the triangle blade.

Excellent price. I was paying that for them 30 years ago.
