The blade has been parkerized. How can I remove that finish?

That may not be easy as it may have been sandblasted before Parkerizing. The blades were originally blued, and then polished back to white except for a small area in front of the guard. Then from the guard on back they were blued This one shows the bright blade except right where the date (1906) is.
