    Woodsman Pal Question

    I have aold Woodsman Pal and was wondering how to identify it as a Military one? It has all the markings indicated on some of the ones sold on ebay as Military pieces. Also, what source could I use to acquire the military sheath for it?

    Any help would be appreciated.

      Should be marked "LC-14-B" on guard, scabbard should have hooks and 3 books, many were modified after the war. with a belt loop, sans hooks

          yes, he guard has the markings you indicate. Any source for the scabbard?

              e-bay, you will probably have more luck finding a mated pair

                  Yes, that is where I saw the scabards, but they are always with a blade. I want to locate someone that has an extra scabard.
