Though the 30-40 Krag is a great cartridge there are so many (too many) similar cartridges now that only the most popular get the attention. Demand is obviously not strong enough for Lee to produce the Lee Loader for this.

If space is a concern for you in reloading and if you do a very limited amount of reloading have you considered the Lee Hand Press? It uses standard press dies.

Back Off a Full Length .30-40 Resizing Die, one turn, and it will just resize most of the .30-40 case-neck.

A .308 Win. F.L. Resizing Die, properly adjusted, will do a nice job of neck-sizing .30-40 brass.

I use a Lee 'Collet-Die' for 7.5 Swiss to neck-size my .30-40 brass. It is very benign to case-necks. (I think I learned this from 'Parashooter').

I'm sure the Lee Loader was made in 30-40 in years past. Check gun shows, pawnshops and yard sales. I know for sure they used to make it in 45-90

butlersrangers, thank you for that info. my reloads will be with cast bullets. I had thought about using a 308 neck only die but thought the different brass thickness would make for different neck diameters. (.338 for krag, .343 for 308 case neck. I wouldn't want to loose adequate neck tension on the bullet. an as cast 190gr lee rn may work well. I have a Dillon. smaller production runs I like using the lee loader with measured charges. best. john

You could go with the lee hand press
                https://ads.midwayusa.com/product/66...gaAmOQEALw_wcB

                and dies
                https://www.amazon.com/LEE-PRECISION.../dp/B00162UJ0C
More money than the Lee loader But should fit your needs.
I have one that I used in the past in tweeking loads and would take it too the range with a few components and it worked quite well
