    1899 Carbine question & SRS...

    I saw an 1899 carbine this past weekend serial #356810 . The stock cartouche was 1901. Does the serial # comport with the cartouche date? Also does this # show up on the SRS list for '99 carbines?
    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

      Checking Mallory 2nd edition finds...
      Yes, serial number correlates with 1901 production.
      No SRS hit unfortunately.
      Are you looking to purchase it?
