I would like to find a nice "custom built" type flintlock longrifle in a 40 cal or smaller, for small game, squirrel etc. I do not want a short barreled half stock percussion.
38" barrel min, 42" or 44" best, good quality named flintlock like a Siler , L&R etc.
Full stocked wood. Doesnt need to be fancy or high grade curly maple.
Could be a percussion rifle so long as it can be converted.
I will be glad to pay a reasonable price, I know what these guns can cost. Or I have plenty of plunder to trade in whole or part, such as M1 Garands, A303, Remington 03 rifle, 1911 Colt WWI, and lots of other good stuff.
If you have the right long rifle, lets make a deal!
