As you know, I have a parkerized one. That's a good shade of green, but I don't think I like the one shown. Would like to know more about it though, serial #, other markings. It isn't a 98.

I have a "might be" carbine with a dark park to it and a buddy of mine thinks it looks good but, willikers, the one on GB has made me go blind. That is similar to the gentleman in PA that told me his legion post uses krags for the Final Salute. He told me they chromed a bunch of them. That is when I mentioned they just destroyed the value in the original guns and there were plenty of already chromed Krags out there for any one to purchase.
