    band spring

    Could somebody please tell if a Krag carbine band spring is identical to a 1903 Springfield rear band spring? Thanks

      I believe they are, except of course, the 03A3 had stamped springs.

          THanks. I appreciate that. I'm thinking that the very first 1903's (rod bayonet) had the same spring as the Krags.
