Direction of adjustment of rear sight

Hello, My question is which way do I move the rear sight? For example if I want to move the strike of the bullet to the left, which way do I adjust the rear sight?

It's pretty easy (at least for me - grin) to visualize, but, the answer is simple. Move the REAR sight in the SAME direction you want the impact point to move on the target.

The exact opposite is true of the FRONT sight - if, for any reason it must be moved, tap it in the direction OPPOSITE desired movement of impact.
