                      Those FAT 70 stamped stocks are nice! Did you "spruce" it up? or come that way? I received a pretty nice one from the CMP years ago that is staring at me now.

                          It was filthy. Since there were no US Arsenal markings, I stripped it, pressure washed it and gave it rub with a sanding block. 12 coats of BLO and there it is.

                                      Everyone has missed the point. I'm in lust with poncho liners. Everyone in my house has one. My son is wrapped up in three of them now to include a VN era center seam. The carbine is ok also.
