help to restore an m3 infrared scope

hi guys
andy from italy here.
today i,ve got an m3 carbine with original infrared scope Mount.

it doesnt work, and cables are worn and not attached, so i really dont know how to plug it.
is there a manual or some place where i can find spare parts?

I sold the last one I had a few years ago,
IIRC it had a manual that told you have to inspect, examine and repair as needed,

may want to look around the web and see if you can find a .pdf of that manual
