What trigger guard for '43 Underwood?

    Gents,

Would a '43 Underwood Carbine be correct with a stamped or milled trigger guard?

DCM Carbine with papers from the '60s that's been through rebuild before it was sold off as surplus. Not one .U. part on it, from what I can see.

I'm not going to "restore" it, but I might replace major components like the TG, slide and bolt.

    Thanks

I have a lot of Underwood parts, The type of TH you want will require a serial number. Many Underwood carbines were made out of sequence.
    Thanks,
    Roger

The type 4 stamped trigger guard is what you will need.

Thanks! On an impulse, I ordered one the other day from KY Imports. Now I'll have a spare NPM trigger housing.

Guess I'll have to go find a NPM M1 Carbine in need of the proper TH now....

ETA: Tuna, what bolt (round or flat) and op rod do you think a 2.6 mil .U. carbine should have?

Flat bolt, type 3 or 4 slide.
