Inland carbine serial #54904xx

About September 1944 for that serial number. Inland was into the 6 million range by November 1944.

There is no site that has accurate information anywhere on the internet in reference to carbines. What is posted is copies of books that have poor information at best. The news letters from the carbine club have the most reliable information anywhere. Even the very best reference books have errors in them.
