White Bag Carbine Question

I have two "white bag" carbines that I bought years ago. I do not think they have CMP paperwork. I think I bought them at shows. Is there a way to find out if they were CMP rifles? Can they issue new certificates for them if they were sold through them?

They could also be DCM carbines. But CMP does offer a check service for a fee. You have to contact them to get the information on how to do it. They also have some data on DCM rifles but their files are not complete.
