    It would depend on who made the carbine and the serial number. So maybe yes and maybe no.

        A 3.1 million Inland would have been assembled no later than December 1943.

            some level of higher than organization/user maintenance put a new barrel on it,
            comes in with bad barrel, tech pulls old one and grabs replacement and next one in the box
