Kart marked carbine

A local seller has a Kart marked carbine for sale. What is the Kart marking? Other photos show a serial number on the stock.

Any information?

Looks like electro pencil to me.

Looks like an Underwood. Are there any import marks on the gun? Perhaps it's some foriegn countrys convention or it could have been added by a former owner to suit his purpose. I've never seen it before.

Another thread identified Kart markings as belonging to the Norwegian Coastal Artillery. I'm still looking for more info.

Dave is correct. The carbine was imported from Norway.
