Inland bolt?

Question, I have an inland carbine that has a flat park,bolt ser #3085xxx did inland carbine bolt come blue or did they use Parker, or maybe it's dulite finish? It has a OI on lug, the rest of carbine seems to be org, in parts, high wood,flip sights, no dimples, etc, thanks in advance, John

Blued flat bolt John, and most likely seen with a sideways 1 beside the OI during that s/n range.
