Generally, the 43s (khaki) sell for a little more than the 44s (olive drab). Probably in the range of $300-400. Seems like a lot of the jump cases have a price of $1.99 written in black on the belt loop. Must have been a ton of them sold in the surplus stores 50 years ago!
