M14 in 6.5 Creedmoor. New identification.

Well, I have a couple of M14s in 6.5 Creedmoor and was concerned about easy identification between them and the .308 versions.
One I have in a two tone JAE which takes care of one.
Last week I purchased a stock from a gentleman in Ohio that solves my dilemma with the other one. Hydro dipped USGI fiberglass and handguard.
Dang this stuff is fun.
Somehow I don't think this one will get mixed up with any of the other members of the herd.

What flavors is that one Art (Bula,SF)? Very nice looking bang stick. How does the JAE shoot.

This is an all Bula XM21 with their 22 NM med weight barrel in 6.5 Creedmoor. Also has Bula's unitized gas cylinder Scope is SWFA SS 10X40mm.
Same type rifle in a JAE with MK4 8.5-25 50mm is shooting right around .50 moa with handloads.

Could you PM with Stock seller?

Was any internal modifications done to the USGI stock? I heard that the fore- stock were a little whippy?

Bought it in the PX on the M14 forum. The seller had taken it in on trade and had been trying to sell it since December. I couldn't stand it any longer and bought it.
I have used plenty of USGI fiberglass stocks without any whipping problems. I do shoot mostly prone with a bipod and I use Sadlak heavy duty front rails to support the rifle. Too old to sling up so no worry about pulling on the stock.
