I like the crown from the PTG set up. If it was done by a first time user, that's a clean job. Touch it up with some cold blue and your done.

11 deg full target kit. This setup has been used on plenty of my military shooters with super effects.

If you are on the business end of a military rifle barrel, the last thing you should be thinking about is the crown.
