    Meet my new H&R Punisher.

Just working on finishing this one up. Calling it the Punisher. H&R/Bula receiver, bolt, op-rod, sights with SEI M118 chambered standard barrel nipped and crowned to 17". Stock was purchased recently with the Marline butt pad installed, all I did was strip it and put on a couple of coats of BLO. Used the last , that I have, of Hawk's kits on this one.

My cow! Never saw a M-1A that short. Would make a great woods walking hunting rifle for deer, hogs, whatnot. Sincerely. bruce.

Function fired about 80 rnds with no problems.
Scope sucked. Vertical stringing 6". Going to leave this with irons unless I change out to a real barrel.
Not a bunch better with irons, but will sure make a good rifle for clanging iron and hunting " large" game.

Shot 14 rnds " at " an SR-21. Looks like a shotgun pattern. Only good thing is that I didn't have to move windage or front sight. Impulse pain on my trigger finger was incredible. 80 rnds out of a very light .308 and my shoulder is letting me know. Feels like I have been shooting one of my 03s.

Your workmanship is flawless! I enjoy looking at your projects. Just wondering if you sell your projects or can build one for a customer?

            Thank you.
No, I don't sell anything, as of yet. What I have done is have folks that are interested in a build come to my place and do it themselves with supervision using my tools. Has worked great on a number of rifles over the years.
