SA presentation grade walnut from Fred's

I liked the stock I got from Fred's last week so much I ordered another of the same grade. This one is just as nice, less the mold encrustation that was on the last one. Not even a single ding to steam out before BLO application. This one will dress a recently acquired Bula Defense Systems XM21 barreled action.

    Winchester Deluxe walnut from 1941

Here is some original Winchester walnut from 1941, stocks are no trap with
the solid butt plate. Some say this walnut came out of the custom shop for
    the war effortdscn2510.jpgdscn2508.jpg

I went though a lot of M14 stocks at the salvage yards years ago and only found a few nice figured M14
stocks but they were too green and had season cracks. I did save one but doubt there is any way to fix
        it
