IHC Garand stock

I have an IHC garand that I want to learn more about. Attached are pictures of its stock. I have not been able to figure out if it is a IHC stock or a replacement. It has the circle with the P on the pistol grip and a 3 in the stock channel. Those are the only markings I can find. So...what do you think? Is it an IHC stock or what?

How did you determine it was an IHC stock? I would expect it to have the 1/2" DAS stamp on the left side just forward of the pistol grip, and the Julian calendar date in the barrel channel.
