    Almost all of the rear handguard clips I have met would laugh at the suggestion that they go in and out of the barrel grooves that easy. That was a nicely broken in rifle.

      And, if you are careless you will be buying another hand guard! They crack real easy. I believe there is an armorers tool just for that.
