Very special M21 DMR.

Had some fun in the shop this morning putting a very special M21 DMR together. See if any of you folks familair with Bula Defense Systems products notice the differences between this one and others.


Bula Defense Systems M21 DMR receiver # 1600, Bula bolt, Bula NM 18.5" barrel, USGI trigger group, op rod, flash hider, gas system and rear sights are USGI Winchester M1 with the telltale rough machining they were noted for. And of course one of Hawk's fine kits. Photos were done this morning.

A little resin on the barrel vise and it's ready to clamp in the barel. Painter's tape on the receiver to prevent marring by the action wrench. Now torque on the barrel using a Badger Ord gauge with an electronic level.

Add a few small parts and she is ready for the range and function testing.
