Fed Ord, 4 digit

Recent HGCA show a fellow wandered in with what I thought was an M1A.
Nope, a Federal Ordnance M14a.
It came home with me. #7xxx.
With a scope mount and rubber butt, and a Kreiger barrel.
[Dang it, I was supposed to come home with money, not another rifle!]

Nice pick up.
I have a couple of Fed Ord. in the herd. One is an M14 in the #8xxx ser range. Mine came with all Chinese parts. At this point , over the years I used the receivers and barreled them with SAKO NM repro barrels and all USGI parts.
