I agree the buyer will never be able to get his money back, but I think most people who would pay that much already know that, and don't care. Some people pay many thousands of dollars for high end automobiles, knowing they will be worth far less when they sell them than what they originally cost. Others buy a KIA. Just depends on what you like and how much money you have.Comment
