308 loads for M1 Garand

What tables or manuals are you using for 308 loads in a Garand that has been barreled for 308?

I use RL-15 and Nosler j4 155gr on a Barnett/Douglas med barrel and Varget and 125 TNT Speer

Use the same powders and bullets you would for .30-06 M1 and you'll be fine. Make sure the gas hole is the right diameter too.
