help in dating IHC stock

Hi I have an IHC stock with the numbers 2484 in it. Can someone tell me approx date?

Are IHC stocks the only ones with a Julian date, or are the HRA stocks also dated?

From what I've read, only IHC stocks are dated. My HRA stock is not dated.

Thanks. Just recently looked at a HRA mix-master and it did have a date. I was unsure if it was a IHC stock or not.
