It is...but you have to remember to re-new every 4 issues. Billy does not send renewal requests.

correction:IIRC..... The last issue you receive will have a renewal reminder.

Has anyone received the May issue #103 of Garand Stand Report ?

Haven't received mine yet. I'm in NC. Usually receive it the early part of the month. Sent renewal in Oct.

After a great deal of difficulty, managed to get the needed back issues up through 102. No 103 received yet and yes, I renewed also.

#103 still not here. Will keep my eye out.

I was concerned that maybe the Post Office had dropped the ball. A few years ago I had trouble receiving the Garand Collectors Journal until I spoke with the mail carrier. My current carrier has been pretty good though.
