Whom ever did the weld job is proficient at welding. hard to see the nick where it was welded up. IMHO if the price doesn't go any higher it might be a good rifle.

Assuming the scope mount is real it could be worth the that much for parts.

Shouldn't the barrel drawing numbers be on top of the barrel?

looks like the receiver is out of align. Look at the from under the receiver. The lower section looks to be bent inward. might be an optical illusion.
