80% lower in pre- A1 configuration

i know theres lots of 80% project kits out there but im looking to build a pre-A1 style AR. like the kind i drew while in the Air Force...

think SP1 lower...

of course i would then need to find a slick side upper, green furniture and then a delta shaped charging handle (vs the T shaped)...



not sure what would need to be milled off of a standard 80% other than the "safety fence" around the magazine catch...
