Who makes the eccentric bushings for adapting a early Colt HBAR Sporter,

to accept the new made uppers for different calibers?

Made a new upper with a .450 Bushmaster, for Zone 3 in Michigan.

would like to swap the 5.56 barrel onto a new upper from the HBAR [large hole] to the .25 hole.

This outfit has the bushings to fit large pin uppers to standard small pin lowers. And what you want.
