    Early ar15 question

    What is the current real world value of a 1966 vintage ar15 rifle in the high 90s% condition? thanks in advance.

    If I was in the market to have another M16 FA built and could get a registered sear I would pay $1250.00 for it.

      check around, early AR15's with original parts can run from 2K to 3K, three digits are difficult to find

        That's likely pretty close if it hasn't been mucked around with. If you go to the Retro Forum of ARFCOM, they have a "what's it worth" topic and if you can post pics there, you will likely get enough attention to get a good handle on condition and originality, and therefore value .
