What this be?

Can get a bunch of .223 ammo and can't find out where it's made. From the headstamp some sites say Spain, Swiss, or Russian manufacturer. All sites I looked at say it is noncorrosive, but I'm hoping someone can tell me where it is made and the reference I can find the info.
The headstamp is T at nine o'clock, 8 at 12 o'clock and Z at three...year is 82...Thanks...

Sunray..that site lists the ammo as T for Spanish made and Z for czheck (sp)...The site and others I checked has no real info on it. Another member provided the info that it is Israeli, made by IMI.... Thanks.
