    Any thing you can come up with on this particular Springfield...serial number 1354592...barrel date 9-30..

              S/N 1354626 is the start of a 20-rifle consecutive run of Sporters. And there's another long consecutive run of Sporters up to S/N 1351790. So if your rifle looks like a Sporter, it probably is one. It just wasn't sold through the DCM.
