    Old M1903 Ordnance Docs

I have a large collection of ordnance documents from a WWII officer stationed at the Ordnance School and I was perusing through some of his notes and found these. Thought they might be of interest. I'm sure of the old guys may have seen them but I was not familiar with them other than from secondary sources.

Love the discussion of LN receivers. Could be lifted from a thread here in the last 10 years, LOL. Regarding the Q&A about .30-06 for sporting use--do we really believe that MG brass was softer?

Funny how they were talking about the same things in the early 40's isn't it. Ha ha

Yes, indeed, interesting stuff. On pages 1 and 2 the documents/articles on the left hand side appear to be taken from a civilian publication, perhaps the American Rifleman. They are not Ordnance Dept. publications. One has the initials J. O'C. at the end which I will guess belonged to old time gun writer Jack O'Oconner.

          Regards,
          Charlie
