USMC Rock Island rifle check

SA SN 372580 is surrounded by USMC rifles in SRS, but that particular serial number is not listed.

The barrel is looks like A A? 11 -18. must be A V but sure looks like AA. And the
receiver has the hatcher hole on the left side.

It's a poorly-stamped Avis barrel. Just because the rifle is not SRS listed to the USMC doesn't mean that it's not a USMC rifle. And presence of a Hatcher Hole alone doesn't conclusively indicate a USMC rifle, but it's certainly a place to start looking for other USMC characteristics.
