Source for Ordnance Drawings, please

Gents, et al:
On pages 223 and 225 of Brophy's THE SPRINGFIELD 1903 RIFLES he mentions a couple of Ordnance drawings associated with Mann Accuracy barrels and their rests. Specifically D-45100. 'Anyone know where/if they are obtainable? RSVP Thanks in advance. Geoff
