Dummy cartridges?

Not so many years ago I recall going into Army/Navy stores and seeing boxes full of 30-06 dummy cartridges. Then one day they disappeared. So now I find myself looking for original dummy cartridges and I can't find a one. Does anyone have a source for these things?

I have some dummy ammo all dated circa 1905 that I p[icked when I was in the Mississipi State Guard in 1943-44. They are well used.
