I have three of these boxes. I believe they may be for a .22 rifle. Anyone recognize it? The one in back which is larger has already been id'd as being for the T4.

Might be a chest for a British #4 MK1 sniper rifle.

I believe the Italians made a copy of the British Transit case for the M1-D sniper rifles.

Except for the wood protecting the latches, it looks like a transit chest for the British No. 4 Mk I (T) sniper.
